His interdisciplinary skills include engineering (ITT Worldcomm, Chase, JP Morgan), Operations (Telehouse, AboveNet), VP Sales (Telehouse), plus overall business acumen with the ability to understand diverse technologies, locate niches or create a system integration that provides a new product or specialty. He has managed teams of people in the areas of management, sales, engineers and operations and has always fully promoted the business scope of companies that reflect a Profit & Loss above industry standards.

Richard Mataka, Jr. is a successful web designer and programmer with vision and experience. He reports directly to Richard Mataka, Sr., Americas Hosting Network founder, chief executive officer and president.
Mataka, Jr. has created web design projects of various levels of complexity and has developed complicated e-commerce sites. He is a Zend certified PHP engineer who has builds complex database applications for business/e-Commerce web sites. His PHP, MYSQL and HTML/DHTML/AJAX coding techniques have been recognized to be well structured, commented, and designed to fit the functions required.
He is a highly motivated individual with excellent knowledge of the computer and its technical background. At the young age of 13 he began building computers. As time progressed he worked in an IT networking environment and administered / installed Avaya G3 telephone systems and BSD / Linux servers for corporate offices. He has a thorough knowledge of different cabling and trouble shooting procedures. In his spare time he repairs computers and creates new products for specific Internet niche markets.
Mataka, Jr. is well versed in Internet Marketing and has several sites to his credit. He is constantly analyzing new trends within this fast moving industry. His skills are centered on programming, hosting technologies and business expansion.

As chief financial officer, chief administrative officer and executive vice president of Americas Hosting Network, Grace Mataka is responsible for financial operations and administrative management. She reports directly to Richard Mataka, Sr., Americas Hosting Network founder, chief executive officer and president.
Prior to this position she has served as editor in chief for Mataka.org, which is an online news and information service supporting the Game industry. She also handled all their financial, editorial and administrative responsibilities. Grace Mataka also worked in administration for Merrill Lynch’s Law & Compliance Division. She was administrator and editor of photography for Multi Media Consultants.
Grace Mataka is a person with strong integrity and possesses an innate ability in dealing and working with management.
